In the era of rapid technological development, BINUS has stronger obligation to face the challenge of improving the quality of education in Indonesia and preparing college graduates to be ready with competition in the business market. In response to the challenge, BINUS established a learning center called BINUS CENTER. It is an off-campus training center and is managed by the public. The ownership system is set based on a franchising model in which private sector can cooperate with BINUS. BINUS CENTER offers a variety of products/services to a wider public to be able to get access to higher education. This way it is hoped that more people will be better educated and become more skillful in the workplace.

Giant Hypermarket is a major supermarket franchise / waralaba and retailer chain in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. It is a subsidiary of Dairy Farm International Holdings (DFI).
The Giant store brand was founded by the Samuel family as a simple grocery store in one of the suburbs of Kuala Pilah in 1954. Its mission was to offer a wide variety of food products at the lowest possible prices. As its reputation grew, so did its business.
Dairy Farm, which acquired Giant in 1999, recognised that the key to Giant’s success had been its ability to continuously offer value for money products. It retained this core principle even as it began transforming Giant into a national and international brand.
